Subject: Christmas Dinner

Well we just finished Christmas dinner and it was pretty good. Tighe and I did all of the cooking. He started the turkey last night around 1:00 am and it was done by 8:00 am. We also had stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potato's, veggies and for desert we had a mince pie, chocolate meringue, and cookies. Not too bad!
